Mostly for me and my system, when in the process I am recording this vocal. With reverb, I will sometimes have to use something like the PreSonus Mixverb plugin as an insert and then when tracking is done switch over to my favorite reverb methods for mixing. Things like auto tune and reverb may not be exactly "low-latency-friendly." There are "live" versions of some auto-tuning plugins that could be useful for tracking or maybe your auto tune plugin has a more CPU-friendly mode you can switch on. Recording vocals often requires compromises when it comes to monitoring effects. it's built-in DSP for extremely low-latency tracking while monitoring with effects. In your situation, I would probably use the UAD plugins for tracking and then when you are done, switch over to what you want.
